Presenter BIOS: Becky Schoepp - Wife to Mark and Mother of our four kids; 30 year survivor of three rounds of cancer (Hodgkin’s Disease in 1992 and 1996 and Follicular Lymphoma in 2011). She was diagnosed with Advanced Heart Failure in 2010 as a result of the chemo and radiation treatments for the cancers (and has other organ/tissue damage as well), has gone through three internal defibrillator/pacemakers and finally got a heart transplant on Nov 7/2022. As they used to say in watch commercials: ‘she takes a lickin’ and comes up tickin’.

Mark Schoepp served the church as a Director of Christian Education for more than 30 years in four congregations.  Mark and his wife, Becky, also toured for 20 years as Fitz Family Ministries, a unique family ministry and entertainment/juggling troupe. Mark served Wheat Ridge Ministries as full time Director Of Congregation Engagement from July 2010 through August 2016 and as Executive Director of ALOA from July 2018 to September 2019.

Currently Mark and Becky are focused on long term health, and key decisions late in life. We work with aging parents and adult children to facilitate strong planning for later years and getting what you hope for.

Since 1994, Mark has been following the developments in the field of brain research and education, with a special interest in brain health and its application to the church, the church school and the home.
